Refund policy

Invoice Studios offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original order date.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request one, visit paddle.net and provide your order details, or contact our support team through the Contact page. Paddle handles the request and returns approved refunds to the original payment method.

This policy also covers faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or materially misdescribed files and duplicate charges. We may first offer to repair or replace a faulty file, but this does not remove your right to request a refund within the 14-day period. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
